Photography Book Project
The Charlevoix Photography Club announces a two year book project! Our goal will be to record our community and our focus will be Charlevoix. The book will showcase the beauty of Charlevoix and its neighbors within a 25 mile radius. We will photograph the people, businesses, churches, schools, unique homes, farms, sports, parks, beaches, animals, arts, events and, most of all, the natural beauty that surrounds us throughout all four seasons. What a challenge!
This will be a non-profit project and we will depend solely on donations and book sales to make it successful. All proceeds will be distributed to the arts program at the Charlevoix Circle of Arts.
A win-win for all, this book will be a keepsake that everyone will want to have on display or give as a gift to family and friends. The photography club will benefit from the learning experience and challenge of capturing the beauty of the Charlevoix area. The Circle of Art's art program will thrive and expand as a result of the donated funds.
Every photographer will have photos in the book and photographers of all ages are welcome. Each photographer will receive credit for each image that appears in the book, but you must be a member of the Charlevoix Photography Club. Don't miss out on this once-in-a-lifetime opportunity to have images published in the finest illustration of our wonderful community.
Our chairperson for this project is Kris Balasz Ktbjeb@gmail.com. For more information, contact Kris Balasz or Mike Schlitt firstname.lastname@example.org.
