BILL DIETRICH
A Charlevoix photographer with an accounting degree, a career as a real estate broker, and a passion for photography, Bill’s inspiration for photography started with his involvement as a founding member in the Charlevoix Photography Club. He has learned volumes from the club and by shooting with fellow photographers. Bill enjoys photographing many subjects, but his main focus is on wildlife and nature. Spending quiet time in nature has a very peaceful effect which shows in his images.
Bill has taken many workshops and classes both locally and throughout the United States and Canada. It’s his firm belief that you have to put into practice what you have learned about photography and keep shooting because you will always learn something from your last shot.
The world is full of photo ops and Bill loves to share his perspective through his lens.
Bill can be reached at [email protected] or 231-633-1353.

WALLY BARKLEY
Wally is a life long resident in the Boyne City area of Charlevoix County.
His interest in photography led him to the Charlevoix Photography Club 10 years ago and he attributes much of his success to the club and many of its members.
He has attended many photography workshops across the county from some of the best known instructors such as Gary Hart, John Gerlach, John Putnam and Jim Kay who were beneficial in his photography goals.
His passion is pursing the perfect photograph through the lens of his camera, with attention to clarity, color and sharpness. In the field he can be found climbing over, wading through, or laying on ice, water, mud or whatever stands between his camera and capturing the perfect image that represents our natural beauty of Northern Michigan.
